Are You Bonded and Insured?
Yes, Maid Share LLC is Registered, Bonded and insured.
Are Your Cleaners Backgound Checked?
Yes, All Maid Share cleaners and Staff are fully background checked.
What if I need my service same day?
We normally ask that you book your appointment in advance as our schedule gets pretty booked. However if you need us same day Calling is your best bet. We will try our best to accommodate.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not need to be present. Many of our Clients give us a key, leave keys with door man, or in key lock boxes.
We are bonded and insured and all of our cleaners go through background checks. so theres no worries you are always covered.
What should I do with my pets?
We Love Pets and we would never tell you to lock your pets up. They can roam while we clean.
Can I change my appointment?
We ask that if you need to change your appointment you do it within 24 hours of your appointment.
What form of payments are accepted?
We Currently only except payments accept:
Credit cards Debit cards.
Do I need to supply cleaning supplies?
If you have cleaning supplies thats great. If not thats ok too. We bring our own just in case.
What kind of products do you use?
We use Eco friendly and Pet friendly products that we make exclusively. However we can use conventional products if you'd prefer. Most of our clients use Eco products everywhere throughout the house but want conventional products for the bathroom and or Kitchens.
Can I still use you if I don't have a Mop, bucket, broom or vacuum?
Yes. Though we ask that all of our clients have this equipment, We know that its not always the case. We come prepared with a swiffer mop and a broom + dustpan.
There is a surcharge to bring a vacuum Cleaner.
Can I make special request?
Yes, in fact we encourage our clients to speck up and tell us exactly what they need so we can better serve you
What about my Pets?
We Love Pets and we would never tell you to lock your pets up. We go on a case by case bases. They can roam while we clean.

Yes, Im fact in most cases a Manager will be present and will inspect before after and during for quilty control.
Do you provide all the supplies for commercial spaces?
If you have a recurring service, Yes. We would provide vacuums, brooms, mops, buckets. However if this is just a one time thing we can only supply cleaning supplies
Is there a mimimum when using your service?
Yes, There is a 2 hour minimum
Do you offer Deep cleanings for office?
Yes, We do offer deep cleaning for commerical spaces
My Event is late can you come after hours?
yes, for events cleaning we are available 24hr a day.
Do you provide cleaning before during, and after?
Yes, We provide cleaning for before, during and after your event. We can help set up or clean up before or after your event. We also offer services during your event. For example bathroom attendants or food servers. We also offer pick-up and delivery service.
What size party/ event do you clean?
We cleaning anything from the size of a pizza shop to a Large Hall. It all depends on event. Please contact us to make sure we can accommodate you.
Do We have to pay a deposit?
Yes, All large events cleanings most pay a despoit. If you are offered a flat rate 50% of the given rate is due 2 weeks minimum to secure the date.
Can I request multiple Cleaners/ Servers ?
Yes, You can request the number of cleaners/ Servers you need.
